    The hotel is close to the metro and to the convention center, but quite a distance from the city center. Breakfast is good and the service at the breakfast area is admirable, especially, from Angelito; the room service person, Guiseppe, is also very efficiient and such a gentle person, especially to my son.

    I am quite disappointed when I requested for a packed breakfast on the morning of our departure for the airport, since we were leaving very early; we were being charged 20 euros per head, when it should have been part of the breakfast paid with the room rate.

    We visited the Duomo and explored the Navigli district. The breakfast was a highlight, with a massive selection. Rooms were cozy, but some might find airflow an issue since AC wasn't on yet in winter.

    The noise from the bar across the street was pretty bad at night. It kept us up, and the hotel didn't seem to do much about it when we complained.

    Fantastic hotel, great value for money. Located in a nice quite neighborhood, very close to metro. It takes 20 minutes to city center by direct line. Similar hotel in the city center would be twice more expensive. Breakfast is also excellent. If you sign up for a free loyalty card, the breakfast costs 15 euro.

    It is avery neat and clean and traveller friendly hotel. Very convenient for me as I have work at the place which is only at 7 minutes walking distance.

    They should include breakfast in same tarrif as they are already charging very high.

    Price was rather cheap for a 5 stars hotel

    Very thin walls. We had to turn tv loud during night to avoid hearing the guy on the next room snoring. Spa was closed. Bath had broken (built- in) plug to stop the water so we couldnt take bath.
